Commercial Conceptual
Conceptual drawings are very helpful when planning remodels or new additions. This set of drawings were drafted to illustrate a proposed addition to a historic hotel. The site plan, massing models, and conceptual layouts enabled the owner to articulate the desired changes.
Color coding assists in defining what is existing and proposed. The color coding also denoted hallways and elevators.
Making additions also entails reworking floor plans to allow for sufficient clearance between entry doors, hallways, staircases, etc. Our services included analyzing this floor plan for feasibility and making recommendations for adjustments.
