Indoor Riding Arena Complex

Indoor arenas are popular for horse riding facilities. Inclement weather can greatly limit the training and lesson time making these a popular choice for all areas of the United States. This indoor arena is designed with a 10-stall horse stable attached to the long side of the area and an office/apartment included on the east end.

The floor plan denotes that the indoor riding arena is a spacious 60’x120′. The indoor area is accessible from the stable aisle via two large doorways. The box stalls are 12×12 with sliding doors. Amenities include a wash stall, tack room, feed room, and barn utility room.

The living space of this indoor arena complex includes a deep 15’x49 foot garage shop area. This is enough room to back in a large horse trailer and truck. This space can also be converted to hay storage. The living area is a comfortable 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, with a great room. A pantry and utility room are also included.

The total square footage of living space is approximately 1,800. The open-to-below section above the great room can be modified into living space for a rec room or additional office space.
